Procedure
- Profile the hierarchy to identify a proxy (Node B) who holds “Execution Authority” for tasks Node A rubber-stamps. Ensure Node B is functionally essential so that Node A cannot easily replace them.
- Feed Node B mandates or constraints that increase their probability of localized, systemic error. Allow these errors to bake into their habitual output without alerting Node A.
- Trigger the disclosure via a “Helpful Third Party” inquiry (e.g., Audit, Compliance, or Quality Assurance) directed at Node A. Present these hardened errors not as new discoveries, but as persistent operational realities that should have been detected through standard oversight. Phrase the inquiry to explicitly question why these recurring blunders were not addressed, framing Node A’s lack of intervention as either systemic negligence or active indifference toward Node B’s performance.
- Once the errors are undeniable, Node A is presented with a forced choice. They must either validate the flawed output, thereby absorbing the liability and inheriting the systemic problems, or sever the relationship with Node B, thereby triggering Triangulated Hostility.
Goal
To force the target into a catastrophic strategic double bind. You compel Node A to either retain a compromised proxy (Node B) and inherit their systemic liabilities, or to turn their back on the proxy, triggering an internal “Triangulated Hostility Injection” where the severed relationship turns into mutual suspicion, defensive isolation, and active internal warfare.
Operational Logic
- By moving the error into the light, you destroy the target’s ability to maintain a neutral position. There is no path back to the status quo.
- If Node A stays with Node B to preserve operational continuity, they are now the public “owner” of every mistake Node B continues to make. The proxy’s failure becomes the master’s failure.
- If Node A terminates the relationship to cut losses, they trigger an immediate adversarial fracture. Node B, feeling betrayed or unfairly discarded, becomes an internal disruptor. By weaponizing this severance, you ensure that the energy Node A used to spend on the organization is now redirected toward managing a hostile, disillusioned, and isolated internal proxy.
