Asymmetric Resource Attrition

Procedure

  1. Identify the adversary’s highest-cost defense mechanism (e.g., billable hours for external legal counsel, or manual review by senior compliance officers).
  2. Automate or template your own communication generation to ensure your operational cost approaches zero.
  3. Flood their specific high-cost channel with dense, legally complex, but valid inquiries that mathematically mandate a formal, customized response from their expensive proxies.

Goal

To bleed the adversary’s capital and bypass their logical defenses. By forcing the organization to spend massive amounts of money to respond to actions that cost you zero resources, you make the financial cost of fighting you infinitely higher than the cost of surrendering.

Operational Logic

  • Corporate defense is ultimately a math equation managed by executives who track budgets, not justice.
  • External proxies (lawyers, auditors) charge by the hour, meaning the organization’s defense mechanism is inherently vulnerable to a resource-exhaustion attack.
  • When you prove that simply reading and replying to your emails is costing them thousands of euros a week, the executive board will mandate a settlement purely to stop the financial bleeding, regardless of who is “right.”
